EA스포츠의 새로운 신작 FC24가 드디어 공개됐습니다. 정식 발매는 29일인데 얼티밋 에디션을 구입하신 분들은 22일부터 얼리 엑세스로 플레이가 가능합니다. 이번 출시를 기념해서 EA스포츠는 출시 행사를 진행했습니다. 작년에는 강남에 있는 한 PC방을 빌려서 다양한 행사를 했는데 이번에는 성수동에서 축덕의 집이라는 컨셉으로 팝업스토어 행사를 진행했습니다.
건물 밖에서부터 힙한 감성이 느껴집니다. 넓지는 않지만 창고형 건물을 멋지게 꾸몄습니다. 처음 들어가면 스탬프를 찍는 종이를 주는데 6개를 모두 찍으면 굿즈를 받을 수 있습니다. 우선 축덕네컷 사진을 찍는 곳이 있습니다. 총 10장을 찍는데 한 장당 10초가 걸려서 100초나 걸립니다. 저는 친구랑 갔는데 남자끼리 찍으니 상당히 어색했습니다.
이건 미니 페널티킥입니다. 저 콘을 피해서 골을 넣어야 합니다. 너무 쉽게 성공을 해서 살짝 허무했습니다. 난이도는 축구를 하시는 분들이라면 매우 쉽게 할 수 있을 정도입니다. 아쉬워서 한번 더 했습니다.
이곳은 LG 시네빔을 통해 FC24의 주요 기능들을 볼 수 있게 해놓은 부스입니다. 프로스트바이트 엔진, 선수들 고유의 플레이스타일, 새로운 하이퍼모션까지 다양한 모습을 확인할 수 있습니다. 발롱도르 시상식은 아주 좋은 추가인 것 같습니다.
여기는 메인 스테이지인데요. 여기서 게임을 하면 뒤에 있는 큰 스크린에 화면이 나옵니다. 다양한 행사를 할 수 있는 곳으로 보입니다. 여기는 기념사진을 찍을 수 있는 곳입니다. 이건 2층에서 본 모습입니다. 좁지만 다양한 부스가 알차게 있습니다.
2층으로 올라오면 축덕의 방이라는 컨셉으로 꾸며진 장소가 있습니다. 맨시티 사인 유니폼과 토트넘 사인 유니폼이 있었습니다. 그리고 바로 옆에는 플레이스테이션5를 놓고 체험을 해볼 수 있는 곳이 있습니다. 한 경기에 10분 정도면 끝나니까 해보시길 추천드립니다.
다양한 FC24 굿즈들이 있습니다. 게임을 좋아하시는 분들이라면 저절로 관심이 생길 것 같습니다. 제가 갈 때쯤에 팬분들이 찾아왔는데 줄이 길었습니다.
FC 시리즈를 좋아하시는 분들이라면 가보기를 추천드립니다. 저는 어제인 22일 저녁에 가봤는데 23일인 오늘이 더 행사가 많이 있습니다. 오늘은 오전 11시부터 저녁 9시까지 행사가 진행됩니다. 장소는 레이어27이라는 곳이고 자세한 주소는 아래와 같습니다. 영상 설명란에 사전체험 예약 링크를 남겨드릴 테니 가보실 분들은 미리 준비하시고 가시길 바랍니다. 다양한 경품도 있다고 하니까 행운의 주인공이 한번 돼 보세요. 저는 EA스포츠로부터 초청을 받아 일반 팬들이 입장하기 1시간 전에 들어가서 체험을 해봤는데 오늘은 아마 사람들이 꽤 많을 것 같습니다. 주차도 쉽지 않으니까 지하철이나 버스로 가시기를 추천드립니다.
그리고 오늘은 다양한 인플루언서들이 참가해 행사를 더 빛나게 합니다. 튜잉여, 로독, 독독, 우우우조, 조나단, 곽민선, 홍차, 김수빈, 넉살이 참가한다고 하니까 이분들을 좋아하시는 분들에게는 좋은 소식이 될 것 같습니다.
이번 작품을 평가해보면 확실히 발전이 느껴집니다. 얼티밋 모드에서 혼성 이슈가 있기는 하지만 게임 자체만 보면 분명 전작보다는 더 실제 축구 같은 느낌이 들었습니다. 피파22에서 피파23으로 갈 때는 큰 변화가 없었다고 느꼈는데 피파23에서 FC24로 가는 건 확실히 달라진 점들이 느껴집니다. FC시리즈를 좋아하시는 분들이라는 충분히 구매할 가치가 있을 것 같습니다.

Last year, we rented a PC room in Gangnam and held various events, but this time, we held a pop-up store event in Seongsu-dong with the concept of House of Congratulations.
You can feel the hip sensibility from the outside of the building. Although it is not spacious, the warehouse-style building is nicely decorated. When you first enter, you will be given a piece of paper to stamp, and if you stamp all six, you can receive a gift. First of all, there is a place to take pictures. It takes a total of 10 pictures, each taking 10 seconds, so it takes 100 seconds. I went with a friend, but it was quite awkward taking pictures with men.
This is a mini penalty kick. You have to avoid those cones to score a goal. I felt a little empty because I succeeded so easily. The level of difficulty is such that anyone who plays soccer can play it very easily. I was disappointed so I did it again.
This is a booth where you can view the main functions of FC24 through LG Cinebeam. You can see a variety of features including the Frostbite engine, players' unique playstyles, and new hypermotion. The Ballon d'Or ceremony seems like a very good addition.
This is the main stage. When you play a game here, it appears on the big screen behind you. It appears to be a place where various events can be held. This is a place where you can take commemorative photos. This is the view from the second floor. Although it is small, it has a variety of booths.
When you go up to the second floor, there is a place decorated with the concept of a room of blessings. There was a Manchester City signed jersey and a Tottenham signed jersey. And right next to it, there is a place where you can experience playing PlayStation 5. It only takes about 10 minutes per game, so I recommend giving it a try.
There are various FC24 goods. If you like games, you will automatically be interested. Around the time I left, fans came and the line was long.
If you like the FC series, I recommend going. I went yesterday evening, the 22nd, but there are more events today, the 23rd. The event will be held today from 11 am to 9 pm. They say there are various prizes, so why not be one of the lucky winners? I was invited by EA Sports and went in an hour before regular fans opened to experience it, and it looks like there will probably be quite a lot of people today. Parking is not easy, so I recommend going by subway or bus.

When evaluating this work, I can definitely feel progress. Although there are mixed issues in Ultimate mode, the game itself definitely feels more like real soccer than its predecessor. When I went from FIFA 22 to FIFA 23, I felt like there wasn't much change, but when I went from FIFA 23 to FC 24, I definitely felt some changes. I think it is worth purchasing for those who like the FC series.
