피파23 여자 월드컵 모드 출시! 직접 해봤습니다

FIFA23이 여자 월드컵 모드를 출시했습니다. 기존에 FIFA23 타이틀을 보유하셨던 분들이라면 게임 내에서 자동적으로 업데이트가 돼 무료로 즐길 수 있습니다. 이번 FIFA23에는 남자 월드컵이 겨울에 열려 남녀 월드컵을 모두 즐길 수 있는 시리즈가 됐습니다.

일단 여자 월드컵 모드에 들어가면 호주-뉴질랜드 월드컵에 대한 간단한 영상이 나옵니다. 그리고월드컵이 참가하는 32개국의 간단한 설명이 나옵니다. 한국에 대한 설명도 있는 최고 성적은 16강 진출이라고 나옵니다. 지난 2015년 캐나다 월드컵에서 최초로 16강까지 올랐습니다.

저는 당연히 한국으로 일정을 시작해 봤습니다. 실제와 똑같은 조편성으로 대회를 진행할 수 있고 아니면 그냥 월드컵 매치로 여러 팀들과 경기를 할 수 있습니다. 한국은 독일, 모로코, 콜롬비아와 함께 H조에 속했습니다. 쉽지 않은 조 같습니다.

저는 난이도를 월드클래스로 설정하고 경기를 열심히 해봤습니다. 첫 경기였던 콜롬비아전에서는 이렇게 패배했습니다. 2차전인 모로코전에서는 시원한 대승을 거뒀습니다. 그리고 항상 피할 수 없는 경우의 수가 시작됐습니다. 마지막이 하필 강팀인 독일이었습니다. 여기서 간신히 승리를 거두면서 16강 진출에 성공했습니다.

조 2위로 16강에 진출하며 만난 팀은 프랑스였습니다. 프랑스는 역시 강했습니다. 참패를 당하며 대회를 마쳤습니다. 실제라면 이 정도로 대회를 마쳐도 큰 성공입니다. 월드컵 16강은 결코 쉬운 일이 아닙니다. 남자 축구나 여자 축구 모두 월드컵 16강은 큰 성과입니다. 

아무튼 이렇게 대회를 마치니까 조금 허무해서 바로 결승전을 해봤습니다. 한국과 여자 축구 1위 미국으로 결승전을 만들었습니다. 단판 승부에 초집중해 겨우 우승 세리머니를 볼 수 있었습니다. 실제로도 이런 모습을 보고 싶네요.

여자월드컵 모드는 남자월드컵과 거의 유사했습니다. 월드컵 분위기를 느낄 수 있었고 실제 조편성 경기, 단판 경기 등 여러 가지 모드가 있었습니다. 카타르 월드컵과 거의 유사했습니다. 그럼 게임의 아쉬운 점을 한번 말해보면 선수들의 페이스 스캔은 기대하지도 않았는데 역시나 거의 스캔된 선수가 없었습니다. 한국에서는 한 명도 없는 것 같습니다. 그리고 선수단 리스트에 사진도 없는 선수가 많았습니다. 사진 정도는 추가하는 게 어려운 일은 아닌 것 같은데 사진도 없이 그냥 회색 그림으로 된 선수가 너무나 많았습니다. 그리고 얼굴이 없는 선수들도 몽타주가 대부분 비슷했습니다. 결국 대부분의 선수들이 비슷한 얼굴로 만들어졌습니다. 이거는 조금 아쉽습니다. 그외에는 뭐 우리가 알고 있는 월드컵 모드와 비슷했습니다. 

이번 호주-뉴질랜드 여자 월드컵은 오는 20일에 개막해 8월 20일에 끝납니다. 콜린 벨 감독이 이끄는 한국 여자 대표팀은 7월 25일 콜롬비아, 30일 모로코, 8월 3일 독일을 상대합니다. 그전에 7월 8일 서울월드컵경기장에서 아이티와 출정식 경기를 가집니다. 한국 여자 대표팀이 이번 월드컵에서 후회 없는 경기를 펼치고 돌아왔으면 좋겠습니다. 감사합니다.

FIFA 23 Women's World Cup mode released! I tried it myself

FIFA23 has released the Women's World Cup mode. If you have previously owned the FIFA23 title, you can enjoy it for free as it is automatically updated in the game. In this FIFA23, the Men's World Cup is held in winter, making it a series where both men and women's World Cups can be enjoyed.

Once you enter the Women's World Cup mode, you'll see a brief clip of the Australia-New Zealand World Cup. And a brief explanation of the 32 countries participating in the World Cup comes out. The best result, which also explains Korea, is advancing to the round of 16. They reached the round of 16 for the first time at the 2015 World Cup in Canada.

Of course, I started my schedule in Korea. You can play the tournament with the exact same grouping as the real one, or you can play with multiple teams in a World Cup match. Korea is in Group H along with Germany, Morocco and Colombia. It seems like it's not easy.

I set the difficulty to world class and played the game hard. In the first match against Colombia, we lost like this. In the second game against Morocco, they had a great victory. And always the unavoidable number of cases started. The last was Germany, a strong team. With a narrow win here, they succeeded in advancing to the round of 16.

France advanced to the Round of 16 after finishing second in their group. France was also strong. The tournament ended with a crushing defeat. In reality, even finishing a tournament like this is a huge success. The World Cup Round of 16 is never easy. For both men's and women's football, reaching the World Cup round of 16 is a great achievement.

Anyway, after the tournament was over, I felt a little empty, so I went straight to the finals. We made the final between Korea and the United States, the first place in women's soccer. I was so focused on the one-and-done match that I was finally able to watch the championship ceremony. I really want to see something like this.

The Women's World Cup mode was almost similar to the Men's World Cup. I could feel the atmosphere of the World Cup, and there were several modes such as actual group matches and single match matches. It was almost like the World Cup in Qatar. Then, to talk about the unfortunate part of the game, I didn't expect the face scans of the players, but as expected, almost no players were scanned. There doesn't seem to be one in Korea. And there were many players without pictures on the squad list. I don't think it's difficult to add a picture, but there were so many players who were just gray pictures without pictures. And the montages were mostly similar for players without faces. After all, most players are made with similar faces. This is a bit disappointing. Other than that, it was similar to the World Cup mode we know.

The Australia-New Zealand Women's World Cup kicks off on the 20th and ends on the 20th of August. The Korean women's national team, led by coach Colin Bell, will face Colombia on July 25, Morocco on July 30, and Germany on August 3. Before that, on July 8, we will have a match against Haiti at the Seoul World Cup Stadium. I hope the Korean women's national team will come back after playing a game without regret in this World Cup. thank you
