라모스는 세비야와 1년 단기 계약을 체결했습니다. 라모스가 1986년생으로 만 37살인 걸 감안하면 세비야에서 은퇴할 가능성이 꽤 높아 보입니다. 세비야는 이번 시즌 리그 3경기에서 모두 패배하며 리그 꼴찌로 추락했습니다. 이번 시즌 챔피언스리그에도 출전해 라모스의 경험과 실력이 필요해 보입니다. 세비야는 아스날, 랑스, 아인트호벤과 함께 B조에 속했습니다.

Sergio Ramos shed hot tears. Ramos recently returned to his hometown team Sevilla. He returned after a whopping 18 years. Ramos has played for Sevilla's youth team since 1996 and made his professional debut in 2004. He later moved to Real Madrid and developed into a world-class player. Ramos then returned to Seville via Paris Saint-Germain.
Ramos' return to Sevilla is truly amazing considering the recent transfer market. Ramos received an offer from Saudi Arabia's Al Ittihad. Money wasn't something to worry about. If Ramos had gone to Saudi Arabia, he could have earned 20 times his annual salary than he would at Sevilla. If he had gone to Al Ittihad, he could have received an annual salary of 20 million euros (about 28.6 billion won), but at Sevilla he will receive 1 million euros (about 1.4 billion won). But Ramos turned it down and made the romantic choice of returning to his hometown team.
Many people came to the stadium to watch Ramos' induction ceremony. Even though there was no game, 20,000 fans gathered to welcome Ramos. Ramos entered Sevilla's home stadium Ramon Sánchez Pizjuan to warm applause. The fans cheered loudly and Ramos waved his hand and thanked him for his hospitality.
